I totally and whole-heartedly agree. It would be really great if Taichi and touma's story could be told. All in all, I was bored with the manga as a whole. Too much telling (talking), not enough showing (or happening). I've never known anybody who talks about their damned feelings this much as the characters do in this story. And, oh god-- All the confusion about gender and love, or whatever...It was like, would somebody just make a decision already. So bored. Most people don't put this much thought into every single thing. Come on.
It was a nice read and i liked that the manga made me think about things i wouldn't think about normally.
But I'm not satisfied with the ending tbh.
How the hell did Ichinose decide to get together with Touma in the end? I wish they showed us the process from being just friends to lovers.
At the beach he said his love was different from Touma's, but then in the end he chose Touma as a lover.
How did he get those feelings? Were they always there and did he just suppress them? While reading this i didn't really sense anything from Ichinose. In the beginning when he was jealous i thought ok, maybe he likes him, but then everything took a turn and Futaba says she likes him and they start to date?
Ngl tho, i didn't really sense love between him and Futaba.. It looked like was just going along with it. Most of the times u can really feel the emotions of the characters and u can feel and see the love between them, but this time it was just not clear or sum.
Anyway, im glad they got a happy ending, but kinda disappointed that they didnt show what happend after they graduated.
