The Emperor will figure it out after the child is born and she will look EXACTLY like trash's first child. He noticed the kid has no resemblance to him. So he called for that lover of hers to come to the palace with their first kid. And as he saw the kids look identical to each other he realised the child he waited for and sacrificed Navier for, was not even his.
