There is a chance they might be the same person. My guess is that the ghost dont remember maybe because he got into an accident then accidentally his soul got sent in to the future (which is current time) That explain why the classmate knows that the main chara have a secret that he did not want anybody to know about and it seems that the classmate know the gay stuff are all in the closet (๑•ㅂ•)و✧ I really hope my guess is correct tho (=・ω・=)
