They're preventing Yoon from recovering his memories, which is part of the plot ig? In the past, Yoon's mom and Director was some sort of friends with each other. The day Yoon born the director swore to protect him etc. etc. Basically the director icluding the three werewolves i think? Is hiding something from Yoon which is part of his past with his mom.

From what I could understand, the director is also trying to protect him from another person who "mustn't be aware of Yoon".
I guess that someone (probably a werewolf) killed Yoon's mother and if Yoon remembers everything that murdurer might find out about him and go after him too
I forgot to say that Eun Woo's family seems to be involved in what happened and he has to be careful not to be the trigger that will make Yoon remember everything
