I don't think you'd necessarily call it illegal. You can find things on TikTok like underaged girls in bikinis and TikTok guys half-naked in their boxers. Illegal is a big word. It's wrong, but no real consequence would happen.

As someone not interested in watching minors doing almost anything in general, its disturbing and concering to see so much sexual content on "family friendly" apps/streams and what not. It is hard to censor such content as a company which manages millions of videos per day but it should be doable at some point. For protection of minors, it is in everyones best interest to have more rules and regulations in these platforms, more so when we have unsupervised minors, or in this case, someone with no one to look out for him like poor hooni. Usually people without family figues are more suceptible to get into dangerous situations and abuse. Its easy to be manipulated without emotional support. Its all pretty delicate (￣∇￣")
