Essentially, Uke toyed with seme when they were younger in school. They had sexual relations with one another when It was pretty evident that seme (back then he was the bottom), was not in the right state of mind of commit or consent fully to that type of relationship. He was a sheltered kid, model student who got caught up with the bad boy and they both couldn’t tell wether or not It was really love. Because It wasn’t, It was angst and toxicity.
Fast forward some years. Uke is basically a trash adult going nowhere with his life and and seme is like a hit man. He kidnaps Uke and basically forces him to live through all the moments that Uke did with him when they were young (hence why the kidnapping room looks like their old gym, where they used to mess around and sleep together). Uke figures out that he’s basically being punished for the past, but then they both grow to realize they DO love one another but it’s so toxic and messed up, that they don’t know what to do. Seme ultimately tried to kill himself out of regret and having a mental breakdown, he’s hospitalized, Uke is shook because he too understands how fucked up It all is and he attempts to burn down the facility where he was being held captive by Uke. There is also some scenes in there involving the other hitmen but in my opinion, they weren’t too relevant to the main plot except to witness how crazy the main couple were acting. In the end, the main couple accept that they’ve been damaged by one another but agree to move forward together to fix It and love each other in the end

Lol yeah, it’s definitely super twisted in terms of a storyline. I do feel like there are relationships out there that function like this, and I was glad the author made It clear their relationship wasn’t healthy, but It can be uncomfortable to read. Especially given their ages/mental distress when the main plot had occurred (in high school).

I tried to read it but all rape and violence are just not it for me without knowing wtf is/was going on between them. I checked the last chapters and now I'm more confused pls
