Ok, so reincarnation/body taking over type cold villainous type gives her body to this new person ok? But the girl (villainous girl) had a fatal condition basically dying and always in pain she made it so the one who took her body wouldn't feel the pain and would cough up blood the day before/of when she would see the body's original owners memories. And the fatal issue is going to be healed in like 6 months to a year or something
