well its kinda unfair but i think theo agreed to it anyway because he really wanted to be able to protect chloe as her knight :( which is also kinda sad because i like their playful dynamics before
What else can he do? She's a princess now, he can't just go all gaga on her anymore, that would be a huge crime.
Chloe was a slave who only had Theo by her side and same goes for Theo. To forcibly change their relationship just because Chloes status change is just sad and cruel. Chloe needs a friend her age and who she can be comfortable with and Theo has been with her from the start, he understands all the crap that Cloes been through and vice versa. If anyone could be Chloes friend and knight at the same time, Theo would be the best for that position. Yea maybe he should follow a few rules but they shouldn't try to change the fact that they're best friends.
