Ah I hate it when protagonist find something suspicious but decides to not pay attention to it instead of discussing it with others and it turns out to be very dangerous and often cost lives. Like you could have avoided that whole things if you didn't "forget it" and paid a bit more attention!!!!
I mean that's natural. If u find something weird just due to some "feeling" you had, you don't really go around telling it to people and creating unnecessary chaos, do you? Cuz at least I don't think I do thar
I mean she isn't necessarily forgetting more like she is trying to find why she sees him as suspicious because as the above comment said naturally you don't go off of your "feelings" aka intuition so I'd say it is perfectly normal. But yeah most of the time it does cost lives

Yeah irl that may be the case but I'm talking about protagonists in fiction works. I'm just irritated at that. Irl there are way more times when you're just being paranoid but in fiction works there is 95% chance that something is wrong. I just hate this kind of plot.
