Well i'm from southeast asia, my country officially translate and publish physical copies of manga and manhwa (i haven't found any manhua tho) with cheaper price than the original language, but there's no way they publish bl stuffs
Yeah, its hard to find BL in our native language :(. And the English copies aren't something I can buy that regularly cause I live in South America and the currency to dolar now its expensive af. Imagine if we had those huge stores just with bl manga
