Another question to add is who is "them"; more like "them" is trying to use Neah and Cross to get to Allen. Not so sure why I feel that way.

I just hope that with the next few chapters they tell us these answers and we start understanding again

when did Allen meet Mana?
why is he the 14th if they never met?
wasn't Allen older than he is now?
