This is not BDSM, this is abuse.....dont confuse the two. Coercing someone to the act even tho they said no and said they didnt like it or it hurts, is a violation of consent. The dude isn't a sadist, his a toxic asshole who doesnt care about consent much....most doms are huge on consent, this isn't a good look...
