There's some instances where that bothers the crap out of me, but here i think so far the comic is clearly highlighting it for comic purposes so i let it slide :○

FL coming from the 21st century, being modern as hell, a time where even pre schoolers pick up on obvious signs and start dating. An era in which she probably spent watching romance dramas or could've been involved with romance (even if not directly but indirectly as being friends with someone whose dating).
Also FL: being dense as fuck and not picking up on simple communication problems
