Is it still love if it cannot be perceived? Jkjk I just didn't phrase correctly but I meant he didn't show it.
Those hating Ren bec he only fell in love with Elena after she became badass in her 2nd life, but it's the same with the crown prince. Sian only started showing he cares about Elena in this life. If I were Elena, the more care and love Sian showed in this life, the more I would've been hurt bec it had to take reincarnation before Sian fought for her. So basically Elena had to be this amazing and genius renaissance woman who can face against the great house of the duke before she can get Sian's love. Well you could argue the same could be said about Ren but he saves her life from an arrow so I'm more biased towards him now lolol.
