I actually don't think he's Malnourished----Because that's way beyond his condition---
I think he may have some problem with his growth. You know, cuzI the poor boy didn't get much to eat and enough vitamin D in order to grow properly.
he's legal but i think it's cus he's malnourished so that became a hindrance on his growth.
