They don't.
It just, they use chinese translation for the raw scans. The Chinese scans is censored the smexy scene due to ch ban on lgbt content or something like that

China doesn’t banned LGBT contents, it’s just that they’re strict about manhua with sex scene. That’s why a lot of Chinese manhua are mostly shounen ai, normal romance and stuff. If there were a sex scene they’d have to censor it as best as they can and still manage to leave some traces for you to know that “THEY ACTUALLY HAVE SEX”
