Well considering he got hard in chapter 1... I don't think his best friend was the only one who liked it (๑•ㅂ•) I think he was just going along with his best friend who was begging for it, but he probably low key wanted to continue as well since he definitely got excited the first time.
It was mentioned earlier on that her sister wore his jersey when she was drunk last night. It was also shown later (in the best friend's imagination) how the stockings were left in the pants (=・ω・=)
