Listen I do agree 13 years old cant consent, but I feel the need to clarify something. Apparently in the country the legal age of consent is 13 HOWEVER, in every city the age of consent is 16. Therefore in practice the age of consent is 16 like in the us. Its kinda hard to explain so id recommend doing some research about it. Apparently there is a reason why the government doesnt change the official law, probably to uncover cases of pedophilia, unfortunately.
So yeah in conclusion I agree with you BUT in THIS story the boy is 18 already, and the age gap is probably not more than 5 years. So theyre good (although yeah I would have preferred if they only had sex after he graduated first)
