Well back then 3-6 year age gaps were extremely common within nobles so I think the author is trying to fit it with the setting like most people do, if you've read alot of isekai manga. As for their specific age connection she's 12 (I think they mentioned almost 13)and he's 15-16, but when you actually look at it, it's kind of strange. Think of it like when she's 20 he'll be 24/5. Not so bad right?

Am I the only one confused about the connection of their age to their physical growth? Like no hate to the author and the illustrator but they be looking like 12 when they were actually 5 years old or like 18 years old but they were actually 12? I enjoyed reading it but it occasionally threw me off the track every time their age is mention. I mean its fantasy or maybe it's the illustrator's art style and I just to point it out.
