Someone finally said it. There's really a high chance that she's suffering Postpartum Depression. A lot of things happen when she's pregnant; her father died, her husband is basically absent throughout her pregnancy and even after she gave birth. She didn't have the time to heal emotionally and physically after all the things that happen. Plus the fact that she's really young.
I feel like people are forgetting that people don’t just feel one emotions and just able to forget it and move on. The husband was okay because he was emotionally inadequate, he felt a sense of duty and was okay with how his life was going. You trying to compare her life with his isn’t okay it’s almost like victim blaming. Yea he became a duke at 19 etc but in the end of the day he was more mentally and emotionally adaptive and understanding than her.
What she did was wrong yes, but not only was she young. She felt like she couldn’t be herself anymore especially having a child and from what I saw she had postpartum depression and so many other things that it’s not even funny. You forgetting that MANY teenagers and young adults in real life do this too. When their depressed or feeling stress they push the people they care abt away. Does it make it right? No but when the mature and get older and understand their errors do they apologize and fix who they are? Usually yes. She was a young mother with a reputation that was from her family, people isolated her and she felt basically alone. When she finally saw the errors of her ways she decided to fix it and try her hardest no matter what and THATS. What matters.
I think it’s utterly ridiculous that you all would love and simp and relate to a literal murder in a lot of manwhas and fall for literal scum bags but soon someone who is realistic about there emotions and feelings come along and actually fix themselves and show real remorse YALL hate.
