That's right. He would be put in the jail already if Yuu did. Maybe he didn't report him bc he didn't continue to do so or else? Btw, I'm kinda curious what will be the ends of these two tho.
I'm kinda understand why Yuu didn't accept Takamada's feeling. He was raped before and was threatened by Takamada too, so it is hard to fall for him right away. Still there might have a chance that Yuu will like Takamada back, but it's just a slim chance so...
Btw, I feel sorry for Takamada too. He once walked in a wrong path (rape, harassment, threatening), but now he is trying to do the right thing. It would be good if Yuu give him a chance to prove himself, but if he does not, it's also okay. It's the matter of time, I guess.
