So very likely there would be war between humans and demons ..
As what the ending of the story that she knew plus the 3 sisters on the shadows her husband would die from the hands of his ex.
If the war broke out then the story still leads from what she's been changing..

Man, she can just tell people she is the saintess and continue to be married to the demon king. That itself would make people be a little more comfortable with demons I guess. Also, if she can talk to people and be more truthful about what she knows, she can stop the loop and the sisters who control destiny and life.
