I'm still on chapter 41 and I'm hesitating if I will still continue reading it since I've seen some spoilers that it's kind of the same with the Kdrama Scarlet Heart, and that shit made me cry and I'm not really prepared for this, since I thought this might be the same as the other Historical manhwas I've been reading. But I love how the author really put the way how doctors write (≧▽≦) and I'm also amazed how pharmacist can still understand it.
