pretty sure no one will know this manga but its a old bl where the seme cheats on the uke the uke eventually gets tired of it and leaves him and we see how they get affected throughout the breakup, remember being really sad every time I read it so I wanna feel something again hhhh(づ￣ ³￣)づ it has two alternative endings I believe where the uke returns and the other where the uke falls in love with his friend? I think
