It's available in Kindle format on Amazon.com. In print form, you can get it on eBay for $13.73 (free shipping), or at a website called Things From Another Word (tfaw.com)... but it has to be backordered there. They have a page for explaining this process.

Sometimes I just get the urge to go back to the pages of hopelessly incomplete mangas I really like and stupidly ask for updates. If I remember correctly, this has been licensed in English. I'd love to buy a copy if only I could find a place to buy it from.
