I don't think any of the shima warriors had black hair except for raki so I don't he's a shims worrior. But if he is a bad guy who want Kou inagine how awesome that would be. I like it when the main character is with someone but mother person tries to take then away and fail. It proves their love for each other so I hope that will happen. Also the next chapter is really short :(
I think that guy is also a shinma warrior cause if u count them. Tohya, Amano, Kamio, the 2 new characters, 6 of the skulls, plus 1 that is missing makes 13 right? Since there are 13 shinma warriors. (=・ω・=)
