Shared custody doesn't exist in Japan. So when they get divorced one of the parents (the father in most case) lose all right to their children if they don't have the custody. Obviously, i think some parents are smart enought to let their children see the 'losing' side of the law BUT if they don't want to, the father can't see their own children.
Cause I got confused if it was incest or not (kinda thought they were only step bros). But what kind of parents separates their children without seeing their other child? Wtf?? It's like parent trap but worse cause they knew their parents before separating. I call BS. Bad parenting x100.
