Np! So the men making rules part.. basically to become a sorcerer you need to harbor an immense grudge that defies all human logic and even your own self which makes you a human. By this you evolve and become a distinct being free from the laws of world and god (here author). The sorceress says that most people are not able to achieve such a thing as men make their own rules so they never have to break them and so they never go through such suffering to harbor a grudge like that. Hence it's themselves who by making rules make sure they are restricted from becoming sorcerers. Then the sorcerer says that it's the FL who has the qualities to become a sorcerer (idk on which accord she's saying that maybe it's because she's from another world and her soul holds the potential or she has too much hatred for this world it's not explained how the sorceress was able to distinguish that the FL holds potential to become one of them.) She also suggests that if she wants to stay here instead of going back she'll support her and help her adjust to this world for their side. The FL then replies that if that were the case she too would've rather sided with the sorceress instead of the shit hole crown prince (she doesn't say why but I don't really need to explain why she would prefer to leave that bitch as we all know his shit character) but that's really not the case as we know she doesn't desire to stay in this world.

So all my pea brained best friends who didn't get what she was explaining. Let me simplify for you, basically theology (the teaching of God) is the subject of truth. In our world you can think of it as The Bible, the holy Qur'an or any other holy book which has the teaching of God, they are irrefutable truths and people follow them without questioning them. Magitech is similar to science and alchemy, people are still bound by the rules and the laws of life so they can create and procreate but they can't perform miracles or anything that defies the laws of the world, further in this Novel world people who pursue magitech end up dying or cursed because it's basically going against and questioning theology or god's word (here it's the author and anything against the author's will doesn't really stand a chance even Eris says she can't die till the author wills it). But magic is something that defies the laws and the world. The person performing magic has become an entity not bound by the author as they can perform miracles. The only reason they continue to exist is because they are entities not recognized by the author. They hold unimaginable power and they can only become sorcerers when they're overcome with immense negative emotions and can actually break through the chains of the world but they still can't destroy the world as the author still has authority over it (Ik the magic and sorcerer part is a little confusing and I still feel like something's missing maybe there's still some explaining about their existence later in the series but right now only this much is explained)
