Does this how it works? Pregnant women spontaneously bleed but it's OK?

It does. I can only imagine how inconvenient and uncomfortable it would be.

Can you imagine if you're like, very very pregnant and you have to change your feminine product? It would be a nightmare.

Although it may seem like a period, a women cannot have there period when they are pregnant. Thatcis a misconception. After I myself had gone through 2 miscarriages I talked to my doctor and also did a bit of research to understand myself and my body a bit better. One of the reasons why you bleed or "spotted" is when the egg implants itself to the uterus linning, other reason are a bit more of a concerning. Placenta is low and close to the uterus opening. A really bad one is ectopic pregnancy were the fetus is growing not in the uterus. If the bleeding was really bad then it could have been a miscarriage from twins.
