Probably because ramen head yunjae also have similar scars on his hand, but i think seme forgot that the size of the scars stay the same even if you grow up so the scars should have been very small and not so noticeable in adult body hence why seme doesnt notice the scars on candy's body

If it required stitches, it could leave almost no scarring depending on the severity of your injuries, how good your surgeon is, and if you naturally keloid or not. From what it seems, candy's wound was very minor. I even suspect that the blood on candy's shirt is from hajun rather than his own meaning candy could have actually not been injured at all. Actully do you remember if the author showed candy with a scar on his wrist?
