Making this simple the fiance was being contained by another him inside his body, another personality where whenever he thinks of Suhee(the princess) it hurts, though the real him that is trapped inside this memory, is trying to figure out ways to escape from the barrier inside. Due to this the fiance has been running from the princess thinking seeing her causes him all the pain in his heart.

There is more to the story, but everyone is not liking the main so much, because of her cluelessness and attitude towards family, others think she relies on her family too much too defend her also that she doesn't use her powers.
