what can't you understand?
I dont know i feel like everything since they entered this floor is messed up i cant understand like this i think i should read the novel to get what’s happening
As Kim GokJa already said before,floor 11 til 20 is role playing,which mean that they all are role playing as someone important to determine the fate of each floor.
The novel is pretty good and I recommend reading it. But basically, they arrived the 11th floor and started with a war, so that 10 of them are chosen to decide what role they want to play.
Kim GokJa was the first and decided not to choose a role so that he wouldn't be a suspect of choosing the demon king. They all chose a role and one of them did choose the demon king. They have roles to play and did play according to it.
So, people started to die and GokJa thought of a plan so no one had to. His plan was that he wouldn't even choose not to choose a role and would prevent the role playing to start.
He went to fight the demon king by himself but the Sword Saint and the Black Witch followed him and fought alongside with him.
GokJa, the first time he died to the demon king, chose the card of the soldiers (everyone he killed would become his soldier) because himself counted, so he would have lots of them.
Fighting the demon king was, of course, nearly impossible with his skill but as he died he remembered the attack pattern of the demon king. Eventually, they attacked them to the point of showing skin, and they ran away to the next floor.
As they were fighting them, the story of the demon king was showed. They were a thing that could eat something and become that something (with its memories and all). They started eating and eating and eventually ate a child and became that child and, a "saintess". They were worshiped because they would treat people that were sick. The "treatment" was eating the person in question and create something that looked like them, with their memories and all, but healthy. They would basically kill the person in question and make a lookalike. The empire was losing people and believers because they would go to the village and worship a different "god". They decided to go and kill everyone in that village, burning them and the "witch".
I have no idea if I explained it well enough but that's the briefing of the latest chapters. If you still don't understand, maybe you should re-read it or read the novel! I assure you, it's good. English isn't my first language so it can be difficult to understand (-_-;) I tried though? The story's not that difficult so maybe you're having problems understanding it because its separated in chapters. I hope you come to understand it and enjoy it! <3

ahaha you're welcome! The story's super good so rereading it isn't difficult at all! With that, I know I'm repeating myself but I definitely recommend reading the LN.

Yes im planning to read the LN im the kind of person who likes to read the novel first but this time i wanted to try reading the webtoon first but i guess its not working for me so im def reading the LN now.
