in real life this could be rape considering he is way too drunk and practically sleeping and never gave consent. of course this is a fantasy story where we know they both wanted it and all so its totally arguable but irl consent is important and only yes means yes(づ￣ ³￣)づ
it is arguable bc the “victim” was the first who started kissing and clinging to the “rapist”. and in drunk state person could think it is okay to go further kisses

uh no, sorry but it can absolutely still be rape even if both parties “love” each other, neither of them knew the other liked the other and he started having sex with him without any previous consent. obv it doesnt matter in this fictional world where thats ok but it is very damaging and traumatic to someone irl to have that control taken from them forcefully

Getting drunk just made them act on it
He can control his body and do all that probably because his body isnt as much effected by alchohol
I'm guessing chiwoo doesn't remember this while he did ,so he didnt told him afterward cause he didnt want to mess up their relationship (he also didnt know chiwoo loved him too so he might've felt he would hate him or something)
Bottom line blaming the person who topped and call it rape while you were both drunk isnt ok either
