Yes, that's exactly what happened. Someone else updated without permission, saying "sorry I couldn't wait". I guess many people including me reported it and they removed it. I'm glad.

I'm sorry but this is hella disrespectful. The original uploader works really hard to upload every week. If you can't wait, then go ahead and read it on your own, but updating someone else's project without permission is unacceptable in my opinion, it's very disrespectful. I'm gonna wait for the original uploader to upload and report this chapter sorry.
