Hayun, because of slight trauma or something after the incident, forgot how sihyun looked like and only remembered that sihyun hurt his left arm cos it was bleeding.

And by the time he was discharged from the hospital, sihyun had already moved away. And when hayun was with his mom, he saw the blondie and saw that there was a scar on his left arm. And hayun mistook the blondie for sihyun.
