wen nianian saved gu yansheng from goons that beat him up, he was wearing the necklace we saw in that last panel and yansheng stole it from him so he could remember the person that saved him. he was so out of it that he couldn’t remember his face, however, so the big bitch luoan or however you spell his name took credit for saving yansheng. said bitch also bullied nianian in highschool and even broke his hand before a piano concert so he couldn’t play but is now lying to yansheng and claiming that nianian bullied him.

Soo I guess Nian & Yansheng had a good relationship before(?) but due to Bitch lying about being bullied by Nian, Yansheng changed his attitude toward him? The whole necklace thing just adds more fuel to it.
Because since he doesn't really knew who saved him & Nian not telling him, I wanted to know why his whole attitude changed and I'm guess it because Bitch lied saying he was bullied (or did Nian tell him & he not believe him?)

technically, from what I’ve read in the novel so far, yansheng didn’t really notice wen nianian beforehand and then started hating him when they got into an arranged marriage. luoan’s bitchass just up and left before they got married so yansheng didn’t know where he was and didn’t have a reason not to get married, then luoan came back and started lying to yansheng

Oh...this isn't even really a misunderstanding at first then, dude never like him, this is only on yansheng then just because of an arranged marriage, all the hate & abuse & it'd before luoan came in with the lies.
