Oh that's because his memories are conflicting when the others had their memories restored they had been immediately told that what they recalled is the past and that they're living in a different time line. You can see his eyes are still in the locked daze of the memories so when that settles he'll understand the differences.

I only read the spoilers for this part where he got his memory back and the next few chapters with it, I couldn't last if I knew more than that. I like our puppy ;-; he's a special boy lol
For everyone being angry at him, I think he still thinks he’s in the past? I don’t think his memories were restored correctly since he says “I thought they were all dead” or something.
