He Doesn't Kill Her Kids Or Spouses Because He Has To Depend On Them For BQQ To Survive And Be Happy. But He Struggles With That Mentally On A Daily Basis. He Loses Himself Temporarily And Decides He's Gonna Kill All Her Spouses (And Kids If They Was There At The Time He Loses His Mind) And Let Him And BQQ Rot Together Because He Knew She'll Hate Him After That. But He Was Okay With That Because Atleast He'll Have Her By Himself. He Had Those Feelings The Wholetime. Muir Had To Sneak And Capture And Escape With Her For Her To Survive And Her Other Spouses.
However, When He Was Back In Control He Tries To Keep It Under Control.
Also BQQ Has To Walk Around Eggshells Around Him All The Time. She Literally Had To Think About What He Thinks All The Time Before She Makes A Decision And Prove Herself For Him To Agree. She Stresses About It All The Time. She Threatens To Kill Herself LITERALLY To Get Him To Calm Down And She Sleep With Him LITERALLY Right After That And Had Kids With Him After She Decided She Doesn't Want Anymore Kids Because She Almost Dies Giving Birth.
