Me neither, but I kinda like how the author did it, usually they always make it so obvious who are the bad guys, now this one come out of pretty much nowhere. It wouldn't be fun if it's always like this, but every once in a while it's nice when it's not so obvious who are bad and who aren't.

There were signs, just not super obvious. Look how the grandpa had no idea that the medicine was made by Estira and not the doctor, taking credit for another's work was a massive red flag for me
