i genuinely want to know why that awful trope is still even used nowadays,
tbh the only reason i still come back here is because of the smidget of hope that says the author will somehow actually choose to make Cain a decent person for jooin but oh well #－.－)

I really wish the author would actually try to make a different ending then what is so obviously going to happen. The author will obviously make Cain be more terrible than Yahwi that way Yahwi would look like the more digestible choice. It's a set up Imagine how refreshing it would be if Jooin ACTUALLY came to his sense and said FUCK YAHWI and be happy with Cain. But I guess that's just too much to ask for why is it that the bottom always lack of character and self development and always has to end with the awful asshole that treats people like absolute crap without facing any repercussions?
