I mean I was annoyed by the fact that he doesn't seem to have self respect. But it's actually explained later on, why he doesn't believe he is worth anything.

His parents are religious nuts who have indoctrinated him since he was little that his existence is a sin. And even now that he is in another country we see them pressuring him to attend church although he feels horrible when going there because he feels like he did something wrong.
....like i thought Yeonwoo was finally an Uke that had like proper self worth and all....that he had this sex with Taehwan and all, cause he really desired him and wanted to take what he can get until he is satisfied and drop him if he goes to far and all without too deep of a regret....like a person who can properly self reflect...it sounds like some fucked up excuse to me that he is feeling that much guilt....just because of a kiss....a kiss he gave taehwan (more like a peck) when he was an idiotic MINOR...like taehwan could have just slapped him there and it would have been pay back....then ignore each other afterwards...if it is brought up again when they meet up later....yeonwoo could be like "i understand your aversion, it was absolutely wrong of me to do such a thing to you without consent, i repented on that and you have every right to not want to mingle with me, but calm your horses boy. " kinda like this....then stay out of that homophobic persons way....like bruh....because of a kiss you would let someone treat you like less than a fucking kitchen towel? puhlease bruh.....taehwan is not the only one with heavy excuses and denial....yeonwoo is too....he behaves like someone who thinks very badly of himself and thinks he could never get someone as beautiful as taehwan to be together with him and just "takes what he gets with gratitude" and using the "guilt card" is the only way to not loose himself for treating himself like this.....to have a reason towards your own common sense for doing that to yourself ya know....cause you have no explanation at all to do that to yourself...not a single one....
and he may be a masochist...but this is more like self-destructive....masochists are not really people who would want to truly loose out like this....there sure are levels to humiliation....but they KNOW that it is within safe grounds of mutual agreement and that their dom/ sadist respects their being and the act actually....taehwan has zero respect, consideration or whatever....he is taking out hatred and pain and everything out on yeonwoo as if he is some dumpster for his negative emotions.....
