On chapter 72, you can see that Gwanjo put a folded paper into the drawer in Seong’s room. It’s a map of the place to make it look like Ye Seong is planning to run away. On chapter 79-80 (if I remember correctly), the others found out about it and Seung got super mad till he dragged Ye Seong publicly when they were outside and proceeded to chain/lock him up in his room. So yeah, my poor little baby is innocent and isn’t even trying to run away, it’s all because of Gwanjo and Lady Suri (〜￣△￣)〜 after that Seong got kidnapped by the tigers and some accidents happen where Seong AND Seung got injured badly...(especially Seung)
