I would have accepted that reason, if the manhwa have at least give me the part where the whole transition from the Family’s problem to this current “Suddenly I’ve lost myself in Paradise and living like a weakest but still secretly greatly but still not as great as everyone else but still great with my plot armour”....
It just there’s nothing in between that connect the last chapter of Season 1 to the beginning chapter of Season 2.
If you read “Black Clover” manga, similar thing happened there, suddenly MC already be a buddy buddy with all these new characters...

Somehow I just feel that Season 2 is too different to Season 1, from Art, the flow of the story, the MC characteristics, etc....
maybe it’s just me, but Season 1 is much more enjoyable to me, while Season 2 feels kinda bland, especially the MC....
