There are no actual feelings in Taisei and Keigo's relationship. Taisei even shared Keigo with Tomoya, how can someone who is in love let another man touch his beloved? I don't think that Keigo loves him from the heart either. And Tomoya just deserves better than Keigo ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
