Yeah im not sure but in general when im reading BL manhua there are only a few kisses and like you said they're censored/cut off ;/

I'm not really into shounen-ais unless they include kisses and cuddling (sorry, I'm craving that kind of thing 'cause I don't get enough of it irl ç_ç)
