I think the Uke is a very beautiful person with a kind heart. When you love someone, you conflict what you truly want to what you think is best resulting to decisions that may cause too much pain. Let's just wait and see what happens with their love. I like this kind of plot :) ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Yeah the uke is just way too insecure. Thus he ended up choosing the most dramatic choice of action, without speaking his insecurities.
