I am just quite sad that you find stories like this unbearable cause i really like kiraide isasete and it's one of my favorites. Omegaverse mangas are better than omegaverse manhwas though if you're not into mangas so you might want to try them out.
For Killing Stalking, I find it offputting that you listed it as "one of the yaoi's you couldn't get into". It isn't yaoi nor BL. It's a psychological horror with a tragic ending, that has two male characters involved in a twisted way.
