Do ppl get money, from uploading other ppls art on mangago?

No, but uploading it on another website and use it without the creator's consent it's quite unrespectful for the owner of the fanart. But if the uploader asks them then that's fine.

I'm just asking because of the war here.
I can understand, if they put hours into translating the stuff and than it gets snatched away.
But copy & paste...
