read this if you like plot focused story, specifically those that actually tackle social issues. if you love stories with characters that are fleshed out, with their own personalities and back stories. Also, if you go into this understanding that the romance is a slow burn. Also, the story takes its time in writing itself so it is slow paced at times.
if you like romance stories with a lot of flare or drama (like dumb third parties, jealous women fighting against each other) that kinda thing, you might not like this or find this boring.

At first I was kind of hesitant and was about to drop it cause I thought it would be the typical I will marry off my daughter to a rich man thing but it wasn’t,,,,,, it’s empowering indeed, especially for women. I hope you give it a shot.
