Yes, the actual Siwon’s soul did die. After taemin and Simon switched bodies, Taemin’s body didn’t survive, while Siwon’s did. I think it has to do with the fact that Siwon actually wanted to die, so he switched bodies with someone who was getting ready to die, And Taemin just wanted to have money and be in a family, so he switched bodies with Siwon he was rich. Hope that makes sense lol
